Overview
For tuning your vehicle to the exact settings needed you need a wide-band O2 sensor installed to gauge how rich or lean your tune is. With these steps you can avoid adding a bung to your exhaust and simply reuse your drivers side O2 port.
Steps
In CalEdit (or Binary Editor) find the table "Injector Output Port" and set it to all 0's
Then set the "number of hegos" scalar to 1 instead of 2
Then your driver's side O2 can be removed.
Tips
When you install the wide-band O2 sensor into the drivers side try routing the wires through the shifter boot.
